
There are tons of dieting programs around the web, making it nearly impossible to choose one that's right for you, and one that will even work. My curiosity leads me to watch many videos and read tons of articles regarding health; most of them I'm not interested in. Sometimes I get lucky and find a program that works. I stumbled across The Diet Solution Program that was created by Isabel De Los Rios and Jeff. It promises to help you burn 10% of your body fat off in 30 days, as well as help you continue to burn it off.

They're program is designed around 3 basic principles: knowing what foods cause accelerated fat burning, knowing what particular foods prevent fat burning and knowing what foods should be put together to accelerate the fat burning process.

As with most programs I was skeptical, but I checked it out and found that they're both very knowledgeable on this subject and have a great video explaining their program. Check it out here!
